Through a career in industry and academia, Mihae Lim brings international business, business research, and operations experience to our practice. Mihae was a key player in developing MarketFrames’ Marketing Network Architecture reference model which is used to optimize marketing organizations and their core marketing processes. In a previous position at Mitsubishi, Mihae held strategy and operations roles. She was Marketing Manager for a new Mitsubishi Foods joint venture driving product definition and launch, and coordination with initial U.S. manufacturing operations. In this role, Mihae worked closely with the president of the venture to develop a strategic marketing plan and assess marketing spend effectiveness. At Mitsubishi International, she coordinated the building of the U.S. distribution network for Japanese medical imaging equipment and the procurement and export activities for various U.S. industrial products. She has served on the faculty at Lewis & Clark College with a focus on International Affairs. She holds a Masters in International Business Diplomacy from Georgetown University and a B.A. from Harvard University.
